manual PCBA separator can be used for aluminum substrate,FR4,CEM-1,MCPCB multiple type material ,it can suitable for cutting maximum 4mm thickness PCB panel without the bend and twist with high durability and long life time

Description:
1.Rigid structure, manual, low noise;
2.Double cutters, upper round cutter and lower straight cutter. the upper cutter is fixed , lower cutter is fixed on movable platform, PCB boards are fixed on the movable platform and moved manually to pass through the upper cutter completely, bending stress born by PCB boards in the process is too small to damage any component, and so PCB boards processed by the machine are free of bury and crack.
3.safe. a special knob is used to adjust the gap between upper and lower easily and simply according to PCB thickness, so all potential risks are eliminated.
