ASCEN Medical N95 folding mask automatic ultrasonic welding machine is to put wide elastic belt on the both sides of the face mask blank by the ultrasonic welding.Connect mask with ear loop well by the high-frequency elastic vibration of acoustic system and the clamping effect of static pressure between work pieces.It’s mainly composed of frame,energy exchange system,welding head, ultrasonic generator,program controller and other major components.Only one operator is needed to put the face mask blank on the moving belt one by one and the finished face mask will be made by the machine automatically.
